New Weekly All Patient Automated Report with Readings

We’ve created a new automated report that delivers a comprehensive weekly All Patient Readings Report to your email. The report summarizes all patient vitals in one simple report that can be set up per account or facility. 

To set up the automated reports follow these steps:

Step 1. Select and click on an account from your Admin Dashboard on Accounts Overview. 

Step 2. On the account menu, click on Notifications Subscribers then Add Subscribers. 

Step 3. Select and Save the types of notifications you would like to enable. This step is required for each email or phone number. 

You can also choose from the following Notification options:

Out of range

 Alert email or text message in real-time when an out-of-range reading occurs with the link to the out-of-range queue dashboard. Select the redirect to the Admin for Super Users.

Daily and Weekly out of range

A Daily or Weekly email report of out-of-range readings for patients with at least one out-of-range reading for the day, including a CSV file. 

Accounts Compliance

A weekly report of patients without readings in the past week including a CSV file. 

The subscribers that will receive the reports will be listed and can be removed. 

The reports and text messages will be delivered to the configured emails and phone numbers. Weekly reports are sent on Monday.
