How to integrate PointClickCare with CCN Health RPM

Enabling the PointClickCare integration is quick and easy. The marketplace application can be found on the PointClickCare Marketplace here.

  1. Facility Admin logs in to PointClickCare
  2. Manage Integrations (depending on facility type)
    1. Single community: Home > Marketplace > Manage Integrations
    2. Multi-community: Management Console > Home > Manage Integrations.

3. Click Activation Request.
4. Complete the basic information and for Application - Select CCN Remote Patient Monitoring.
