Automated Reports

We've been focused on new reports and alerts to share important data with staff and providers.

From your Admin view, you can set up an automated alert for out-of-range readings and an automated report for Daily and Weekly out-of-range readings.

You can also track patient adherence or detect issues with a weekly accounts compliance report.

Step 1. Select and click on an account from your Admin Dashboard on Accounts Overview.

Step 2. On the account menu, click on Notifications Subscribers then Add Subscribers.

Step 3. Select and Save the types of notifications you would like to enable. This step is required for each email or phone number you enable.

You can choose from the following Notification options:

Out of range

Alert email or text message in real-time when an out-of-range reading occurs with the link to the out-of-range queue dashboard. Select the redirect to the Admin for Super Users and Dashboard for Account Admins.

Accounts Compliance

A weekly report of patients without readings in the past week including a CSV file.

Daily and Weekly out of range

A Daily or Weekly email report of out-of-range readings for patients with at least one out-of-range reading for the day, including a CSV file.

The subscribers that will receive the reports will be listed and can be removed.

The reports and text messages will be delivered to the configured emails and phone numbers. Daily reports are sent at the end of the day and weekly reports are sent on Monday.

Staff Readings Report

We've deployed a new Staff Reading Report for our users using our Bluetooth kits and performing vitals rounds. Our report shows the number of readings each staff member has recorded during the month at each facility. To access the report go to your Admin View, then Overview Reports

We have a new way of adding monitoring sessions while viewing your charts and notes. Our Notes sections can now record a monitoring session and document time. From a patient's Readings, scroll down to the Notes section and input the minutes and seconds then click on Add Note
