1Quick Notes โ Faster to find your templated notes
Templated notes were hidden inside a dropdown โ staff had to open it, scroll through options, and select one. Now they're visible as clickable chips in a collapsible panel. You can see all your templates at a glance and tap to append. Much faster for high-volume note entry.

2Two-Way Communication Toggle
Previously, "Add Note" and "Add Call With Note" were two separate buttons sitting side by side โ easy to hit the wrong one, and unclear what the difference meant. The note then shows a "Two Way Comm" badge instead of the old heavy blue "Call Made" banner.

33-Dot Menu & Notes History
New button in the Notes header
Click the 3-dot menu to open "Notes History" โ a slide-out drawer with the full history of all notes, with its own date filter. No more scrolling through the inline list.
