New Staff Activity Reports and All Patients Report update

The new Admin View> Overview Reports > Staff Activity Reports tracks daily and monthly monitoring sessions and notes for RPM, CCM, and PCM programs. This is a great tool to track KPIs towards program compliance.

The Admin View > Overview Reports >All Patients report now includes CCM and PCM to track program compliance throughout the month.

Feature Updates: Editing a Status and Clearing the Dexcom Needs Reconnection queue

Patient statuses can be edited from the Admin View under Statuses. The new status will backfill and change across all patients that had the previous status assigned. We've updated the Dexcom reconnection alert feature to include the option to delete an alert from the queue for deactivated CGM
