Benefits to Integrating CCN Health's Remote Patient Monitoring with Athena Health.

1. All vitals measurements transmitted to CCN Health can be automatically documented in Athena Health patient charts in real-time regardless of the device that uploaded them - Dexcom CGMs, Omron BPM, Tenovi Gateways, Bluetooth Low Energy, etc. As CCN Health integrates new devices those readings will also be automatically available in patient charts.
2. Monthly billing and audit reports automatically stored in Athena Health. When it comes time to submit claims for 99453, 99454, 99457, and 99458 required documentation will be automatically transmitted and available in Athena Health.
3. Inbound / Outbound link. With the integration enabled Athena Health will display a simple link on patient profiles to take the user directly into the patient's charts in CCN Health.
