Audit Readiness Report

We noticed a client spending hours before every audit manually checking which patients had missing insurance info, unsigned consents, or incomplete medication lists. So we built a tool that does it for them automatically.

The Problem We Kept Seeing

One of our clients was spending hours before every quarterly review manually checking patient records — does this patient have a signed consent form? Is their insurance info current? Did anyone update the emergency contact after a family member moved?

It took two people about six hours. And every time, they'd find the same kind of gaps — a missing diagnosis code here, an outdated medication list there. Nothing catastrophic, but exactly the stuff that gets flagged in an audit.

So the CCN Health team built the Audit Readiness Report. It scans every patient record, flags what's missing, color-codes completeness, and lets staff fix gaps right from the report. What used to take six hours now takes about ten minutes.

How It Works

The report runs against your live patient data and gives you an instant picture of where you stand.

1 Scans Every Record

The report checks all required fields across your patient census — insurance, diagnoses, medications, consent forms, emergency contacts, and attending physician info.

2 Flags What's Missing

Each patient gets a completeness score. Missing fields show up in red, partial fields in yellow. You see exactly what needs attention at a glance.

3 Fix Gaps Inline

Click any missing field to open the patient record and fill it in. No switching between tabs or hunting through menus — edit right from the report.

4 Track Progress Over Time

Run the report weekly or before audits. Watch your average completeness score climb as staff close gaps. Export a PDF for your compliance file.

The feature is available on your Admin View > Overview Reports > Audit Readiness. Click on the row to complete or edit the required fields.
